What happens when you group 4 individuals that share an acute interest in late 70s-era music, an appreciation for the ideals of Dadaists and a love for high octane guitar riffs?
A new indie rock outfit who call themselves, the I.D.
In their short existence, the group has been compared to both Gang of Four and The Cure (with a modern spin) and it’s easy to see why, with their goth-inspired basslines and accompanying 80s-era rock vocals which contribute to helping modernize the post-punk manifesto.
Currently, the group’s debut single a song titled “Age Anti Age” is being offered as a free DL until the 17th of September and will act as a prelude to the band’s debut double A-side single release come October 22nd.
Although the single takes a little bit of warming up to, once the chorus hits you’ll be attempting to sing-a-long in no time flat.
